This course covers the topic of buying land in depth, but ancillary topics such as land development, construction management, and real estate brokerage activities are outside the scope of this course.

Yes, it will be especially helpful if that is the case. No prior real estate experience is required.

This course is far more tactical and detailed with regard to successfully executing individual land transactions than anything else we’ve found online.

That’s why we built it. General land buyer education courses often ‘skim the surface’ and leave buyers without the tactical information they need to manage transactions on their own.

Land investing courses often lack this kind of detail as well and focus on the general concepts related to running a full-time land business at the expense of providing details on how to manage individual land transactions.

Much of the information you’ll find in this course you won’t find in other courses at all, and some of the information is proprietary, which means you won’t find it anywhere else in the world.

Definitely. There are aspects of the legal and transactional process of land acquisition that will vary from country to country, but many of the insights delivered in this course have universal relevance to land markets around the world.

You certainly can, and working with agents is generally well-advised, but there’s a few things you should know.

Most real estate agents lack expertise in land, and much of the conventional wisdom in the real estate industry (e.g. the idea of valuing land by “price per acre”) is misleading and often inaccurate in valuing land.

There are true land experts in most markets, and we encourage you to talk with them.

However, most land transactions don’t pay enough commissions for buyer’s agents relative to the work that goes into them to incentivize these agents to be as thorough as you would expect.

They don’t have the same skin in the game as you – the land buyer – and therefore the tools you’ll learn in this course will enable you to manage buyers agents (and manage the entire transaction), even without prior experience in land.

Many of the same general concepts are covered, but the course is much more immersive and tactical in the way it provides step-by-step instructions and detailed examples, how-to-guides, checklists, and documents needed to cover these topics end-to-end.

The course videos are packaged in a visually compelling way that provides engaging and compelling information at every step of the process in a way that we couldn’t deliver at the same level anywhere else.
